If this happens, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to inquire whether you would like to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer a refund to be processed.

Payment/Refund

Any discrepancies or errors encountered during transactions should be promptly reported to the relevant application support team. Refund Policy: Omdas Silk Sarees generally does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter sizing issues, you may request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, the purchased product must be returned within two days of purchase in its original condition. Once the returned products are received and deemed acceptable, exchanges will be processed promptly. You will be notified via email once the exchange is completed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined at the time of checkout and are calculated based on factors such as the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. The payment for shipping will be included with the purchase.

The shipping cost provided during checkout will be the final price for shipping to the customer.

Return Due to Change of Mind

Omdas Silk Sarees does not accept returns for reasons related to a change of mind; however, we do accommodate returns for defective products upon receipt. To initiate a return, you must provide video proof of unboxing the original package and ship the item back to us within 15 days of receiving it, ensuring it is returned in its original packaging.

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it, and if deemed acceptable, we will process your refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that for credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your store credit.

If the product is damaged after arrival, if the return is initiated after 15 calendar days, or if you fail to provide the original unboxing video, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by Omdas Silk Sarees for damaged or defective items.

Omdas Silk Sarees will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund the shipping fee, which is typically Rs. 120 for each order, even if free shipping was offered for some products. Additionally, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the Rs. 50 COD charge will not be refunded in the case of a return.

Delivery Terms

Domestic Transit Time:

Omdas Silk Sarees aims to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

Following dispatch, delivery times vary:

  1. For Tamil Nadu: 1-2 working days,
  2. For Southern states: 3-5 working days,
  3. For Northern states: 4-7 working days

Please note that shipping is handled by a third-party service provider for Omdas Silk Sarees. Therefore, during public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes, there may be delays in the delivery of your parcel.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, you can update the address at any time before we dispatch the order.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items once they are back in stock. You will receive updates via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your order.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

If the delivery time has surpassed the estimated duration, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, we will assist you in tracking down your package through our courier partner.

Tracking Notifications:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you discover that a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, reject the delivery from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service for further guidance.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time prior to dispatch. However, if your order has already been dispatched, please consult our refund policy for further assistance.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

Procedure for Parcel Damaged in Transit:

Once the courier completes their investigation into the claim, we will initiate a refund or replacement promptly.

Procedure for Parcel Lost in Transit:

Upon completion of the courier’s investigation and determination of the parcel being lost, we will process a refund or replacement without delay.
